At Sockeloen, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order in accordance with our return policy.
 
Return Period
You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
 
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
If possible, we request that you return the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transport.

2. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and a return label (if applicable).
- Product exchange – return label costs are free
- Voucher code equal to the purchase amount – return label costs are free
- Refund – return label costs are your responsibility
3. Pack the product carefully and send it to the provided return address.

 

Exceptions
- Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are delivered defective or damaged.
- Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned.
