Defective or damaged product?
Email us at info@sockeloen.nl with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
How to return?

- Exchange (free return label)
- Store credit (free return label)
- Refund (return shipping costs at your own expense)
Return window: 30 days from receipt.
Return conditions: Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition with no signs of use. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refund timeline: 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
